The Role: As the Front Office Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our client's office operations. You'll oversee the front office staff, ensuring that everything runs like a well-oiled machine. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is preferred. An Associate's degree with equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience: You must have at least 3-5 years prior experience in a medical office, preferably in a supervisory role, is essential. You must have managed a team of over 5-10 front office staff before. EMR (Electronic Medical Records) is also a must have requirement.
• Skills: Familiarity with medical terminology, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities are a must.
