We were referred to The Body Shop by a family friend and were very, very pleased with the service that we received. I was very frazzled when I first called the body shop. My wedding was 3 weeks away and a woman had just pulled out in front of me. My call was answered by Tammy, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was immediately put at ease. When I came in for the repair, I was even more pleasantly surprised. Tammy had a little trouble getting someone on the phone for my rental so Carl, the owner, drove me to get one. I couldn't believe the high quality of service. I just happened to pull in there when my car overheated after my daughter hit a tire on the highway. I thought I would have to have my car towed, but they offered to look at it to see if it was something they could fix. Not long after,the radiator hose was fixed, the bumper popped back in place, the engine light off and we were on our way again. The staff was so courteous and helpful they really turned a bad experience into a positive one. more
